Total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks.
7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The owners are not responsible for damages derived from errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the Websites, or transmission of viruses, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures. They also do not guarantee the absence of elements that may alter the User’s computer system.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Relationships between the owners and the User are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). If the User resides outside of Spain, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
